Project Description
Supernova Šibenik is a prominent shopping center located just 10 minutes from Šibenik’s city center, offering a convenient “one stop shop” experience. It features a variety of well-known international brands, including Interšpar, C&A, Deichmann, Takko, KiK, and Müller. The shopping center is designed for easy access and comfortable shopping, with 281 outdoor parking spaces allowing direct entry to the stores.
In line with its commitment to sustainability, Supernova Šibenik has implemented a photovoltaic system on its roof, contributing to renewable energy production and reducing environmental impact. This initiative aligns with Supernova Group’s broader strategy to integrate green technologies across its shopping centers, enhancing their environmental credentials and supporting a more sustainable future.

Project Description
The Supernova Šibenik Photovoltaic System is a rooftop solar energy project implemented in 2023 as part of Supernova Group’s sustainability initiatives. It has a capacity of 600 kWp, which is capable of producing 720 kWh of clean energy annually. This renewable energy production significantly contributes to reducing carbon emissions, with an estimated annual CO2 reduction of approximately 176 tons. This project aligns with Supernova Group’s broader green transition strategy, which includes similar photovoltaic installations across Croatia and other countries, aiming for carbon neutrality by 2028.
