Project Description
Since the opening of the Shopping Park in 2014, Supernova Buzin has established itself as one of the most popular shopping centers in Zagreb. The impressive architecture and excellent gastronomy contribute to a great shopping experience. The modern center spans over 26.000 m² of leasable area, housing well-known tenants such as C&A, Deichmann, dm, Muller, Hervis, McDonald’s, Kik and many more. To make our customers’ shopping day as convenient as possible, we offer the “One-Stop-Shop” concept, which allows free parking directly in front of each store. For exceptionally busy days, we also provide an additional 350 parking spaces in our underground parking garage.
Supernova Zagreb Buzin is committed to sustainability, proudly holding a BREEAM certificate for its environmentally conscious design. The center is equipped with a photovoltaic (PV) solar system on its roof, generating renewable energy to power the building and reduce its environmental impact.

Project Description
In 2024, Supernova Buzin has successfully implemented a Photovoltaic system with solar panels on the roof of shopping center. The system has a total capacity of 2.028 kWp and generates an impressive 1.999 kWh of clean energy annually. This renewable energy solution significantly contributes to reducing our environmental impact, preventing the release of 490 tons of CO2 into the atmosphere each year.
