Supernova Group is a leading private real estate company with a buy-and-hold investment strategy focused on high quality retail properties in Central Europe with strong macroeconomic fundamentals. Our core business includes leasing and managing our own portfolio properties and developing high-quality real estate projects in line with the latest sustainability standards, covering the entire commercial real estate value chain with strong in-house development expertise.
Our portfolio is broadly divided into two categories: Single-tenant properties and Multi-tenant properties. Single-tenant properties comprise almost exclusively do-it-yourself stores and are mostly leased under long-term agreements to OBI.
Our Multi-tenant properties, operated under the Supernova brand, include shopping centers, shopping parks, and retail parks primarily located in Austria, Croatia, Italy, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
